Sports Massage is beneficial for anyone suffering from muscle tension, especially as a result of intensive exercise or sports related injuries
Please note: sports massage can leave you feeling a little tired or sore, so plan to go easy on yourself for a while afterwards. It’s not a good idea to eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol in the hour leading up to your massage.

Treatment Times
To ensure that your treatment runs to time please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete any necessary paperwork. Arriving late, howsoever caused, will reduce your treatment time.
Age Requirement
The minimum age for all Spa treatments at St Michaels Spa is 18 years of age.
Booking Conditions
It is advisable to book treatments well in advance to avoid disappointment. We will require credit card details at the time
of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We do understand that sometimes treatments may need to be cancelled or altered, however we do require at least 24hours notice. The full treatment cost is payable when cancellation occurs within 24hours of your treatment.
