Please note: Sports massage can leave you feeling a little tired or sore, so plan to go easy on yourself for a while afterwards. It’s not a good idea to eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol in the hour leading up to your massage.

Indian Head Massage

It is a massage with a difference as it involves massage to the arms, back, shoulders, neck, head and hair, using an Eastern blend of aromatic oils such as Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang. The Indian Head Massage is a powerful massage and is not recommended for pregnant ladies or people undergoing serious medical treatment.
